Attention all MCA members and fellow Mozambicans,
We would like to inform you about an important meeting regarding the processing of Mozambican ID (BI) Moz passport, and other documents. This meeting is scheduled to take place the last week of May 2024, online (via zoom). Tentative date is May 25.
During the meeting, a panel of public service officials from the Moçambique Embassy in Washington, DC and Mozambique government will answer your previously written questions and discuss any updates and procedures related to the processing of ID and passport documents.
It is crucial that all MCA members attend this meeting as it will provide valuable information and ensure that we are up to date with the necessary protocols.
Topics to be covered include:
1. Requirements for ID and passport applications
2. Updated processing timelines and procedures
3. Obtaining certificate of birth of children born of Mozambican parents
4. Q&A session to address any concerns or queries
